Welcome to CC Mods ("the Site"), a platform dedicated to the Castle Crashers modding community. The Site is owned and operated by StarSpectre S.R.L. ("we", "us", "our"). 2. User-Generated Content (Mods)

The Site allows users to upload, share, and download modifications ("Mods") for the game Castle Crashers. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

  • Responsibility: We, StarSpectre S.R.L., are a platform provider and are not responsible for the content, functionality, or consequences of any Mod uploaded by users. We do not create, endorse, or guarantee the quality or safety of any Mod.
  • Disclaimer of Liability: You download and use Mods at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any damage to your game, computer, or for any other loss resulting from the use of Mods found on this Site. This includes, but is not limited to, Mods that may act as cheats, hacks, or exploits. Our platform is intended to foster creative expansion of the game, not to facilitate unfair advantages or malicious activities.
  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the Mods you create and upload. By uploading a Mod, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, malicious (e.g., viruses, malware), or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.

4. Account Registration

To upload Mods, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Donations

The Site is supported by voluntary donations from the community. All donations are received by StarSpectre S.R.L. to cover operational costs, such as server hosting, maintenance, and development.

  • Non-Refundable: All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • No Goods or Services: A donation does not entitle you to any goods, services, or special privileges. It is a purely philanthropic contribution to support the platform. No invoices will be issued for donations as they are not payments for goods or services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's branding, logos, and design are the property of StarSpectre S.R.L. Castle Crashers and all related assets are the intellectual property of The Behemoth. This Site is an unofficial, fan-made platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Behemoth.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
